Remark : It was cold and foggy morning on 28.12.2016 and I was at Thol Bird Sanctuary with my two little girls. Agenda was to train them for bird watching. We entered in sanctuary at 8:00 am and started bird watching. At 9:00 am we reach at one patch we show 6 number of Greater Spotted Eagle sitting within two nearby trees. We decide to stay there for a while as I was willing to take some flight shot and also hoping for possible hunting as it was breakfast time for them. As we were waiting for some action to happen I was very far two common cranes behaving uncommonly but we didn’t bother to look closely because they were very far from me around more than 300 feet. As 30 minutes gone Greater Spotted were not in mood of action then again I looked back towards crane still they were aggressive on something then I look through my camera though I didn’t have big gun but enough to understand what was happening. For first close look and I got shocked I saw two crane and one Greater Spotted eagle showing their aggressiveness for each other now I was curious what was going on. Then we took different position for better view. And after looking through camera I got shocked. There were two Greater Spotted Eagle and two Common Crane and between them there was Crane juvenile lying on surface looks to be dead.
